Pineapple Express

FireDrum-PineappleExpressINGREDIENTS
45 ml Fire Drum Vodka
10ml Maraschino
10ml Crème de Mure
3 chunks of fresh pineapple
3 teaspoons of muddled Rapadura sugar
Crushed Ice

METHOD
Place 3 chunks of fresh pineapple in the bottom of a large rocks glass
Muddle with the Rapadura sugar
Spoon in crushed ice to 2/3rd up the glass
Churn Fire Drum and Maraschino over crushed ice
Top with fresh crushed ice

Pour in a float of crème de mure

GARNISH
Half a round of pineapple
